I made this string thing

It was pretty easy. I learnt how here and its even easier here. This was just a test drive. I am going to make some big ones to hang outside on my 'porch/vegie patch'. To grow some erbs.

While I was in the garden picking the flowers (weeds) I noticed a colony of very unusual bugs. So I got all macro on that shit.

Its good to try new things. But now I feel likes there are bugs crawling on me. Shudder.

I've always known New Zealand is beautiful, unique and unspoilt.
But the South Island is something else entirely.
Landscape photography until now has seemed rather dull and uninspiring.
But this weekend, we travelled down to Wanaka to visit Jon's Grandma.
The colours are stunning. The scale of the mountains. The freshness of the air.
The landscape down there is just BREATH TAKING
