dinner for four

Remember how I said I was a terrible cook? Well the following is my signature dish (slash the only thing I know how to make). I make an AWESOME plate of nachoes (slash spaghetti). The recipe:

Bit of mince
Can of chopped tomatoes
Can of red kidney beans
Big sprinkles of powdered corriander, cumin, sugar and chilli (don't be shy)
Splash of soy sauce
Splash of really old red wine (if your husband has complained three times about the same bottle being wasted it is old enough)
Half teaspoon of garlic

Dump it all in a fry pan and simmer hot until the liquid is almost gone. Add to corn chips (or spaghetti) and grate over cheese. Plop some sour cream on board and voila.
